- In a saucepan add the olive oil with chopped onions, stir until soft add a pinch of salt, then add the garlic and stir
- add chopped tomatoes on top, then the water from the boiled pasta
- Add the black pepper, the pepper flakes, oregano and salt
- let it simmer on low heat until the tomatoes and onions are nicely cooked
- Drain the pasta and add the sauce on top.
