The ingredients needed to make Haldi-Tulsi Kadha:
  1. Take 2 inch Ginger piece
  2. Take 15-29 Tulsi leaves
  3. Make ready 9-10 Black pepper
  4. Get 6-7 cloves
  5. Take 2 cinnamon stick
  6. Take 1 tsp sugar
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  8. Get 2 cups water
Instructions to make Haldi-Tulsi Kadha:
  1. Take mortar & pestle add Ginger, Tulsi, cinnamon stick, cloves, black pepper.
  2. Crush it with pestle. Add to the tea pan.
  3. Add water, sugar, turmeric powder.
  4. Let it boil till it get half. Strain it and drink it hot.
  5. Note: Actually I add honey or jaggery in place of sugar. But today I added sugar because of my son as he doesn't like jaggery with Haldi and shortage of honey.
