- Cut 1 Gyoza skin into half (1/2 size) and put skins around meat ball. (use 2 sheets) The point is to fold the edge of the skin a little outward.
- Make a mist blow. Steam for 10 minutes

These foods are easier to digest than others which helps kick start a rise in your blood sugar which in turn kicks up your mood to a happier place.

Research has proven that this amino acid induces the production of brain waves. This helps focus your mental energy while simultaneously calming your body.
