The ingredients needed to make Tofu and century egg salad:
- Get 1 block soft tofu
- Get 1-2 pieces century eggs
- Prepare 3 tbsp soy sauce
- Get 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- Get 1 tsp refine sugar
- Get Pork floss
- Take Spring onions (optional)
Open the soft tofu and quickly rinse in water, then gently place in a plate. Slice century eggs and put in the top of tofu. Serve your vegan tofu egg salad just as you would with a regular egg salad. Serve your tofu egg salad on lightly toasted bread with lettuce and a couple of tomato slices for a vegan "egg" salad sandwich or spread on crackers for a casual vegetarian hors d'oeuvres.
Instructions to make Tofu and century egg salad:

Some grains are truly great for fighting off bad moods. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all truly wonderful for helping boost your happiness levels. These grains fill you up better and that can help you with your moods too. Feeling famished can be a real downer! These grains can help your mood elevate since it’s easy for your body to digest them. You digest them more quickly than other things which can help increase your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel more pleasant, mood wise.
Green tea is really good for your mood. You knew green tea had to be mentioned, right? Green tea is packed full of an amino acid known as L-theanine. Studies have found that this amino acid basically induces brain waves. This helps better your mental sharpness while having a relaxing effect on the rest of your body. You likely already knew how easy it is to be healthy when you consume green tea. Now you are aware that green tea helps you to raise your moods too!
