Steps to make Bread ki mithai:
- Take bread and remove sides of bread.crumbled all bread pieces with hands.
- Add sufficient milk in crumbled bread and mix. Make a free lumps soft dough. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- In a pan add Sugar and 1 cup of water for Sugar syrup. Boil till Sugar dissolves in water completely. Add crushed cardamom and saffron stands. Make a thick consistency not any strings.
- Take dough of bread and divide it in equal parts.rub ghee on your hands and make a round flat shape balls.Heat ghee in a pan and fry all bread balls in medium flame. Fry till they turn golden brown in colour.
- Remove from ghee and keep it in a plate. Add this in prepared Sugar syrup. Rest this for 5-10 minutes in sugar syrup.
- Remove from Sugar syrup and garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios and serve.
