Steps to make Srra Mithai:
- Thn add some water and knead the dough (it should be like ata for roti) not so sticky - Keep it covered on room temp for 30/45 min ans th. Knead it again for a minute - Make balls and deep fry on medium heat and set aside - Now make sheera - For sheera take a deep pan, add 2cups of sugar and 1/4 cup of water, mix well and cook for about 3/4 minutes Now turn of the heat and add cooled mithai and mix well so the sweets are covered well with sheera - And your srra mithai is ready
