Steps to make Dudhi/lauki ki mithai:
- Scrape the skin of dudhi, Cut into rings and remove the centre of the dudhi and boil it in water.
- Now make chasni but without any tar, add green food colour.
- Once the chasni boils add the rings and cover till the dudhi gets mixed with the chasni. Remove and keep in one plate.
- Now in another plate make a mixture of khoya, dessicated coconut, cardamom powder, powder sugar and dry fruits.
- Mix well and stuff the rings with the mixture.
