- Add Malai (chilled) then khopra and a pinch of ealichi powder. Start bhoonifying in a low flame..when the Malai gets melt fully and khopra is properly mixed add in sugar after 10-12 mins.the process is all abt bhoonifying so tht it gives a good colour and taste.add in almonds and 2 tbsp milk. continue bhoonifying
- When u wl see the fine good texture and colour turns brownish turn the flame off and ur mithae is ready.! Set in the dish and after few mins cut in small pieces sprinkle khopra or almond
