  4. Cover the pan with muslin cloth or cotton cloth.keep the pan in sunlight for 8-10 days.keep mixing in once in a day with spoon.
  5. After 10 days you see that lemon peel become soft and the syrup become thick.now lemon pickle is ready to eat. Keep it in a jar and serve with mathri or parantha.
