- Firstly wash and out the gajer,gobhi,bhe, turnip and dry them in sun. And boiled it
- Now take a kadhai heat oil in it. Add ginger garlic paste rost it.add all masale. And chooped gajer,gobi mix it well. Now add gud mix it well. Cook for 2_3 min in low flame.
- Store in air tight container.
