Steps to make Peppered fish:
  1. Wash the tilapia fish with lemon(lemon juice is a remedy for removing fish odor)
  2. Season with salt and allow to dry then dip fry inside hot oil untill done keep aside
  3. Grate red bell pepper,scotch bonnet and onion
  4. Get a big frying pan or pot and wash heat up oil add onion and saute
  5. Pour in your tomato pepper mix and fry for some minutes
  6. Add in ginger and garlic paste,black pepper, seasoning,curry,thyme,lil salt and the chopped onions stir
  7. Put the fish inside the sauce and stir gently,reduce the heat so that the sauce will enter the fish well cover for some minutes
  8. Then turn the other side of the fish gently to prevent it from breaking cover and allow for 5-7 minutes - ~ulala serve and enjoy!😋
