Steps to make Peppered fish:
- Wash the tilapia fish with lemon(lemon juice is a remedy for removing fish odor)
- Season with salt and allow to dry then dip fry inside hot oil untill done keep aside
- Grate red bell pepper,scotch bonnet and onion
- Get a big frying pan or pot and wash heat up oil add onion and saute
- Pour in your tomato pepper mix and fry for some minutes
- Add in ginger and garlic paste,black pepper, seasoning,curry,thyme,lil salt and the chopped onions stir
- Put the fish inside the sauce and stir gently,reduce the heat so that the sauce will enter the fish well cover for some minutes
