Instructions to make Alale (moi-moi):
- Soak and wash the beans and remove all its coats, add Peper garlic scotch bonnets and onion, then blend till smooth, pour to a bowl,and add seasonings,curry, as needed oil (and it may be veg,or palm oil). Salt, stir well.
- Greease your silicone mounds or container, with oil, pour in your batter then add the sardine on top of each batter in the silicone or container,or break egg on each one as shown above,(depending on what you are using,fish or egg).and steam for good 30 mns.
