- Take dessicated coconut, milk powder and sugar. Mixed all ingredients very well to remove all lumps. Now add 4 tsp of milk powder and make a soft and smooth dough.
- Now divide the dough into two equal portion. Add food colour in one portion and keep aside.
- Now take rolling board and place a butter paper into it now transfer one dough (white) into it and spread in a round shape with the help of rolling pin like chapati.
- Now make a same round shape like chapati with the other colored dough and kept aside.
- Now take the white round shape part and put it again on rolling board and spread tutti fruiti or coloured cherry into it.
- Now take another coloured round shape part and put it on the white shape part. (One over another). Now spread dry fruits over the coloured part. And spread the whole part little more with the help of rolling pin.
- Now fold the whole part very carefully and make a fine role.
- Now cut the role into pieces (size as per your choice). Sweet dish is ready to eat
- Now served the sweet dish. It's really beautiful and delicious in taste.
