  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients for the Dough. Make a very soft Dough and cover with Damp Muslin cloth and rest for 1 Hour
  2. After an Hour, knead a dough once again for a minute. Make Balls out of the Dough. Roll it to a 6 inch pizza. Roll At together and cover them again with a Damp Cloth.
  3. Pre Heat your OTG On Bake mode on 180degree for 10 minutes. After 10 minute, Take a baking try, Pour little oil and put Pizza base. Prick holes with a Fork and than keep for Baking for 8 to 9 minutes until it has brown edges. You can Bake all together in the same way in advance And store it in Air tight container once cools down.

  5. Assembling Pizza- Take a Pizza base, apply pizza sauce generously. Put marinated paneer, Sprinkle Mozrella or pizza cheese. Put your choice of veggies.sprinkle Mix Italian Herbs and sprinkle some more cheese on to. Apply Butter on side of pizza base for crisp texture.
