- Let's make tikka masala, take a pan heat it and pour oil as well butter in it, add little bit of haldi and 1 tsp kashmiri chilli now add our smooth paste of onion tomato mixture, turn flame on medium and saute it when it becomes little thick add dry masala like Coriander, chicken masala and salt mix it well and saute till the oil separated from pan
- Now add our tikka mix it in masala,add fresh cream and fenugreek,add little bit of water and cover it for 5 min
- When oil is separate off the flame, our tikka masala is ready to serve, you cat with chapati, paratha and with rice also
