  19. Take 1 head Romaine lettuce -Washed, dried and diced in 1 inch dice
  20. Make ready 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese shaved or grated
  21. Prepare 6-8 ounces Caesar dressing- add just enough to coat
  22. Get 2 cups croutons
Instructions to make Caesar Salad, Dressing and Croutons:
  1. Caesar dressing
  2. Combine the garlic, egg, cheese, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, anchovies, salt, and pepper in the bowl of a food processor and process for 1 minute.
  3. With the machine running, slowly, begin adding the oil to form an emulsion.about 1 minute slowly pouring
  4. Continue until all of the oil is incorporated. Then let it run for 1 more minute
  5. Toasted Croutons
  6. Dice up french bread into 1 inch pieces and toss with melted butter and seasonings for a minute of mixing so they are fully coated.
  7. Place on a sheet pan and place in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until they are Golden Brown and Delicious.

  9. To make salad mix just before service the lettuce,cheese,croutons and dressing add just enough to coat. Remember you can always add more dressing you can not take it away. Romaine varies in size so you will not use all of the dressing in one salad. Garnish with cheese on top:)
