- Heat the oil in a pan add mustard seed when spluttering add chopped green chilli ginger and garlic till raw smell goes off.add curry leaves sauté for one minute
- Add all dry spices and sauté little after that add 1glass warm water after boiling add dates in it
- Add asofetida and fenugreek powder boil for a minute add vinegar and keep for 2 minutes
- Gravy should be little loose. After cool it would be be thick
