Steps to make Kerala Beef Curry:
  1. Grind together the ingredients listed under “to grind ” to a smooth paste.
  2. Heat 3 tblspn oil in a pressure cooker and add sliced onion.Saute till they turn light brown.Then add garlic,green chillies and curry leaves.Saute till the raw smell goes.
  3. Add in the masala paste and mix well.Then add the beef pieces,sprinkle enough salt.Add 1 cup water,cover and cook till the beef is done.(cooking time varies depending on the meat and also pressure cooker you are using ; adjust according to yours.I cooked it for just 3 whistles in high flame and then in low flame for 10 more mints.)
  4. Remove from fire and serve hot with puttu,kappa or rice.
