- Take 2 cups Rice flour -
- Prepare 1/2 cup Maida -
- Get 3/4 cup Jaggery syrup -

- Heat ghee in a pan
- Roast coconut,till it turns golden brown
- Grind together-banana,roasted coconut,cardamom powder in a blender
- Mix together the rice flour,maida,jaggery syrup(warm),and the ground mixture,slowly adding water
- Stir well and make it to a idli-batter like consistency.Keep aside for 3-4hrs
- Heat the oil in a unniyappam kara
- Slowly pour the batter into moulds and cook till both sides are done
