  1. take toritas put 3 talbespoons of cheeses onto torita .
  2. add green salsa , drizzle on top of cheese, chicken about 1/2 of a grilled chicken breast.
  3. add diced tomatoes, fold in half.
  4. put on hot grill or iron skillet.turn when golden brown, same process on other side. should take about 45 seconds on each side.
