If you are feeling a little bit down and need a happiness pick me up, try some of these.
Eggs, you might be amazed to find out, are fantastic at combating depression. You must be sure, though, that what you make includes the yolk. The yolk is the most important part of the egg iwhen it comes to helping you cheer up. Eggs, especially the egg yolks, are loaded with B vitamins. B vitamins can really help you elevate your mood. Some grains are actually great for fighting off bad moods. Teff, barley, millet, quinoa, etc are all excellent for helping you be in a happier state of mind. These foods fill you up better and that can help you with your moods too. It’s easy to feel depressed when you feel hungry! The reason these grains are so good for your mood is that they are easy to digest. They are easier to digest than other foods which helps bring up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, improves your mood.
