- Make ready 1 cup corn floor
- Get 2 cup bread crumbs

Steps to make Veggies Nuggets:
- Boil the carrot and peas and beet root (if using).. keep it little uncooked. Boil the potato.. and remove the skin.cut all the vegetables in small pieces.
- Add all the ingredients mentioned and make a small balls as shown in the pic.
- Make even size balls and refrigerate it for 30 min.
- For coating these balls.. Mix the corn flour in water and make a paste. Add salt and chilli powder. (It enhances the taste of outer covering). Dip the ball in batter and roll it in bread crumbs.. to make the outer covering more crisper repeat the procedure of dipping again the balls in corn flour paste and then roll in bread crumbs.
- Refrigerate it for 30 min and then you can fry and can use for veg kofta curry or vegetable nuggets in long bread. Similarly you can make a shape of tikki to use inside the veg burger.
- These veg nuggets can be frozen for 1 month in an airtight box.
