  1. Take abowl put milk,add 1tsp salt.soak wings for 1hour.
  2. Take out wings from milk,add dhania powder,salt 1/2 tsp,paprika or red chilli powder.red chilli flakes,black pepper powder and garlic powder.again marinate for 1hour.
  3. In a dish mix dry batter,maida,cornflour,salt,and paprika powder.and in another bowl take water.
  4. Now take one by one wing coat in dry batter, dust exta powder,and dip in water.again,took from water and coat in dry ingredients,dust wings, heat with bowl sides.
  5. Fry at low to medium flame,till golden brown.
