- Or phely half part belen barki bellen zada moti dough na ho phir thora pani say hath gilla kar k green wala maida laga den phir usi tarha red bi laga den us k d uni puff mein cornflour mix kar k paste bana len ap wo paste dough k uper lagaen or dough ko paip py thora
- Thora khich k fold karty jaen esi tarah puri dough ko bellen unipuff wala paste lagaty jaen or fold karen jen nichy dry flour zarur use karen k dough chipy na
- Phir centr say kisi taiz knife say kat len paip nikal k do part mein kat len ap dono part mein say 6 pieces cut karen

This is because seeds and nuts have a lot of magnesium which increases your brain’s serotonin levels. Serotonin is called the “feel good” chemical and it tells your brain how you should be feeling day in and day out. The more you have of it, the more pleasant you will feel.
