- Get 1 can red kidney beans
- Prepare 1 can (28 oz) Diced Tomatoes
- Make ready 2 Garlic Cloves
- Get 1 (14 oz) can of Heinz Chili Beans
Steps to make Niki's Awesome Chili:
- Brown beef and then add in your celery, onion and green pepper.
- Once you have had your veggies in with the beef for a bit add half of the Chili Powder(1 Tbsp) Stir chili powder into beef
- Add your kidney beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, tomato soup and your chili beans with the liquid. Mix it all together
- Then your going to add the rest of your Chili powder(1 tbsp), oregano, salt, pepper, sugar and garlic
- Cover and simmer for an hour
- Remove cover let simmer for half an hour
- Eat!!!! Nom nom nom nom :)

You digest these grains quicker than other things which can help boost your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel happier, mood wise.
