  2. Cut the chicken breast in half lengthwise
  3. Put chicken in plastic ziplock bag
  4. Beat chicken & pound chicken to flatten the breast
  5. Lay chicken on plate and salt and pepper both sides
  6. In a separate plastic ziplock bag, Put breadcrumbs & Parmesan shredded cheese

  17. Add tomatoes and stir.. Stir stir stir and now simmer to a light boil to thicken the sauce (via evaporation). Approx 10min of yummy goodness
