  1. Boil the stockfish,cow meat,snails and pomo for 45minutes.boil till no water is in it again.
  2. Wash the waterleaves very well and slice.same with other vegetables.
  3. Blend the crayfish and fresh pepper.
  4. Heat up the red oil,slice onion and pour in.fry for 2minutes.
  5. Pour in the water leaves and fry.fry for 15minutes with continuous stirring.
  6. Pour the boiled meat,stockfish,cow meat,snail and pomo.
  7. Stir and pour in the crayfish and fresh pepper allow it to fry for 15minutes.
  8. Pound the uziza leaves for 2minutes and pour in inside the soup stir and boil for 3minutes.
  9. Finally pour in the vegetable(ugu) and stir and turn off the heat.
