  1. Wash your snail,periwinkle and fish with salty water. put in a pot and seasoning with onion,salt,pepper,and Maggi cook for 10min
  2. Peel wash and grate the water yam.. wash your spinach leaf with warm salty water.
  3. Rub enough red oil inside the pot.. use your spinach leaf to wrap the water yam..(little by little) put into a pot
  4. Pour in your cooked snail,fish and periwinkle into the wrapped water yam..
  5. Add hot water to the level of the pot contents..add your palm oil and cook for 5min.. your ekpang is ready
