  2. in a large bowl dump in all ingredients except for the catsup
  3. now get in there with both clean hands, and mash it, squeeze it, turn it, mixit up and repeat

  5. start to form into a big football shape between your hands, and slap it real hard to pack it all together
  6. place in corning dish and bake for 1
  7. remove from oven and spread catsup on the top of meatloaf and return to oven for about 30 more minutes
