  1. Take 2 lb ground beef, sausage, or turkey

  4. Prepare 2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
  5. Take 2 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
  6. Take 1/2 tsp oregano
  7. Get 2 tsp dried basil

  9. Prepare 1 8 oz package oven ready lasagne noodles
  10. Prepare Ricotta Filling
  11. Take 1 15 oz carton ricotta cheese
  12. Make ready 2 tsp dried basil leaves
  13. Take 1 tsp oregano
  14. Make ready 1 tsp dried parsley
  15. Make ready 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  16. Prepare 1 tbsp garlic powder
  17. Make ready 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Steps to make Mae's Lasagne ;-):
  1. For ricotta filling mix cheeses, herbs, and egg together in bowl, set aside
  2. brown meat, drain
  3. add sauce, chopped garlic, and herbs to meat
  4. simmer for 15 minutes
  5. pour 1 cup of sauce in 13 x 9 inch baking pan
  6. place 3 noodles in pan,
  7. spread 2/3 cups ricotta mixture evenly over noodles
  8. spread 3/4 cup of sauce mixture over ricotta
  9. sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella over sauce
  10. repeat steps 6thru 10 until all ingredients are used up ending with mozzarella
  11. cover with foil, bake for 30 minutes
  12. remove foil, bake additional 10 minutes until hot and bubbly
  13. let stand 10 minutes before cutting
  14. FOR MICROWAVE :
  15. using microwave safe dish repeat as directed above, except omit top layer cheese
  16. cover with plastic wrap
  17. microwave on high 10 to 15 minutes
  18. remove plastic wrap, add top layer cheese
  19. microwave on high 3 to 5 minutes until bubbly
  20. serve and enjoy.
  21. NOTE:
  22. an equivalent measure of meat and /or cheese substitute may be used for a vegetarian dish.

Cold water fish are great if you are wanting to be in a better mood. Cold water fish such as tuna, trout and wild salmon are high in DHA and omega-3s. These are two things that improve the quality and the function of your brain’s gray matter. It’s true: eating a tuna fish sandwich can earnestly elevate your mood.

Some grains are truly excellent for repelling bad moods. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all truly great for helping increase your happiness levels. These grains can help you feel full for longer too, helping you feel better. It’s easy to feel a little bit off when you are starving! These grains can improve your mood since it’s easy for your body to digest them. They are easier to digest than other foods which helps bring up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, elevates your mood.

Green tea is excellent for moods. You were just anticipating to read that in this article, weren’t you? Green tea is loaded with an amino acid called L-theanine. Studies show that this particular amino acid can essentially induce brain waves. This helps raise your mental sharpness while having a relaxing effect on the rest of your body.
