- Take a pan add the oil.Fry the boiled potatoes for 5-7 minutes and keep it aside.
- Now reduced the heat and add the jeera. Add the soaked chilli powder and fry it for 5-6 minutes.
- Add beaten curd and fry it.make the mashala fully dry. (Slow heat)
- Now add potatoes, fennel powder,salt. Mix all together and add the water and sugar. Cooked it for 5 minutes in the medium heat.
- Now reduce the heat.Add the grated ginger,stir little. And cover the pan. Cooked it for 5 minutes.Or just cook till gravy is perfectly thick..
- Serve the khatta mitha Dom aloo with the parathas.
