Steps to make Poshtik Mitha Daliya:
  1. Add ghee in cooker.
  2. Add daliya in ghee and roast it.
  3. Let the daliya roast till the colour changes frm lite pink to little drown.
  4. Add milk to the roasted daliya.
  5. Close the cooker and let it whistle 3/4 times on slow flame.
  6. After the cooker is cooled, open it and add jaggery to it and mix it.Again close the cooker and let it whistle once on slow flame.
  7. Add Kesar strands in 2 tbl spoon warm milk and let it set for 15/20 minutes and dein add it to the daliya.Mix well.
  8. Remove the daliya frm cooker and place it in serving bowl. Add/Garnish grinded Eliachi on it.
  9. Here i hv taken Dryfruits which are optional.
  10. Chop the Dryfruits finely and Garnish the daliya vth it. Our healthy and nutritious jaggery daliya is ready.
