The ingredients needed to make Aloha Cherries:
  1. Prepare 2 lb cherub (grape) tomatoes, sliced lengthwise in half

  9. Prepare 3/4 cup Avocado oil (olive oil works)
  10. Get 2 tbsp dry parsley, I grind it between my hands to break it up
  11. Get 1 1/2 tsp thyme or herbs de provence (prefer the HDP)

Steps to make Aloha Cherries:
  1. Grind your chilies
  2. Mince your garlic…. you can use granulated garlic (3tsp) instead.
  3. Put your spices, salt, sugar, vinegar, and oil in a bowl and whisk together well. Set aside, this is your marinade.
  4. Slice your tomatoes lengthwise and place in a large bowl.
  5. Slice your onion as thinly as possible and add to the bowl with your tomatoes.
  6. Whisk your marinade well again and pour it over top of your onion/tomato mix.
  7. Very lightly toss your Aloha Cherries.
  8. Allow your amazing Aloha Cherries to marinate at least a few hours for best flavor. Overnight is even better.
  9. Your friends will love it if you serve this with some bocconcini, bite sized mozzarella balls! If you do tho remember to put them in no more than half hour before you serve. They will get slimy.

Grains can be excellent for overcoming a bad mood. Teff, barley, millet, quinoa, etc are all great for helping you feel better. They help you feel full also which can really help to make your mood better. It’s easy to feel low when you are starving! These grains can help your mood elevate as it’s not at all hard for your body to digest them. They are easier to digest than other foods which helps raise your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, elevates your mood.

Green tea is excellent for moods. You just knew it had to be included in this article, right? Green tea is found to be chock-full of an amino acid called L-theanine. Research has discovered that this amino acid promotes the production of brain waves. This will better your brain’s focus while simultaneously relaxing the rest of your body.
