Thinly slice lengthwise with a mandoline, to the thickness of potato chips. Add your avocado to a bowl and mash well with a fork. Add sprinkling of red Hawaiian salt, and mix until well combined. Add a splash of lime and mix again.

  1. Cut plantain in about 1/2inch pieces and smash flat bake in the oven at 350 ruffley about 30 min till golden brown
  2. While plantains are cooking make the guacamole ..dice the onion tomatoe and get the seeds from the pomegranate..(save some for garnish) smash the avocado till it is smooth and creamy add everything squeeze the lime and mix well
  3. Let plantains cool top with the guacamole garnish with seeds and micro greens

Add sprinkling of red Hawaiian salt, and mix until well combined. Add a splash of lime and mix again. Serve the baked plantain chips and guacamole together and get your healthy snacking on! Cut each plantain into very thin slices, as uniformly as possible (or cut length-wise using a mandolin). Toss the plantain slices in the melted coconut oil.

These foods are easier to digest than others which helps kick start a rise in your blood glucose which in turn takes your mood to a happier place.

Your mood can actually be helped by green tea. You were sure it had to be included in this article, right? Green tea is loaded with an amino acid known as L-theanine. Studies show that this particular amino acid can basically induce brain waves. This will improve your brain’s concentration while also loosening up the rest of your body. You probably already knew it is not hard to be healthy when you drink green tea. Now you are well aware that green tea helps you to lift your moods as well!
