- Take Seasoning cube(knorr)
- Get 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions to make White soup (Nsala):
- Wash goat meat thoroughly and place in a pot, wash and add the stockfish. Put one seasoning cube, salt and water. Cook till soft.
- Add water to the mixture of goat meat and stockfish sauce, add the cocoyam and the native seasoning. Cook for 10minutes
- Add seasoning cube, crayfish and black pepper, cook for another 10minutes.
- Add uziza leaf and cook for 2minutes. Bring down and serve with garri, semo, pounded yam or Fufu.
