  6. Make ready 4 TSP ground crayfish
  7. Make ready 1 TSP ground pepper

  9. Take 1 pack dry mushroom

  12. Take Uziza leaf, optional

Instructions to make Ofe Oha:
  1. Separate the oha leaf from the stalk and cut it into bits with your hand.
  2. Wash and season beef. Put on the fire with stockfish, cook till soft
  3. Wash dry fish with salt and water, add to the boiling mix
  4. Add salt and seasoning cubes to taste. Add dry pepper and crayfish.
  5. Soak dry mushroom with water for about 10 mins, add to the pot too.
  6. Put in ogiri, adjust taste.
  7. Mix Achi in Palm oil, pour into boiling mix. Watch it thicken.
  8. Finally, add oha leaf, stir till completely incorporated, soup is done. NB: You can add uziza leaf if you want.
