  7. Prepare 2 cubes Stock
  8. Get 3 teaspoon Grinded ofo
  9. Take 3 cksp Grinded crayfish
  10. Prepare 2 Smoked fish

Steps to make Oha soup:
  1. Remove the oha leaves from the steams and shredd.
  2. Boil the meat with onion and soft it will soft.then add water to the level you want the soup with red oil and cover the pot.
  3. Allow it to boil very well,sprinkle the ofo and uncover the soup will thicken.
  4. Grinded crayfish,salt,fresh pepper,uziza seeds,stock cubes and ogiri put all at onces and keep boiling.
  5. Wash and remove the bones from the smoked fish,put it in the soup and stir carefully so that it wont scatter.
  6. Rinse the oha leaves and put in lastly.stir and oha is done.
