Steps to make Oha soup:
  1. Boil the meat amd stockfish untill well cooked.
  2. Measurr in water upto the quantity you want in the soup also palmoil cover pot and boil.
  3. Sprinkle in the cocoyam powder and continue boiling untill the soup thickens.
  4. Next is salt,yellow pepper,crayfish,star cubes,uziza seeds(grinded),ogiri after putting all these cook for 15minutes.
  5. Rinse and pour in the shredded oha and cook for 2minutes.
