  1. Shred the oha leaves rinse very well.cook the stockfish and meat to be tender with salt,star cubes and onion.
  2. Boil and blend the cocoyam but add little water when blending it so ir wont be watery.scoope in the soup add palmoil and boil until the cocoyam dissolves and the soup thickens a bit then sprinkle in the ofor and blend and add crayfish,pepper.
  3. After ten minutes add salt and star cubes.
  4. Pour in the shredded oha leaves simmer for three minutes stir and soup is ready.
