  4. Pound into a smooth paste, add two spoons of peppersoup spice into the pot of meat. Add a cup of water and the pound yam paste.
  5. Allow to boil, add yellow pepper, crayfish and allow to boil. You can add small water if to thick.
  6. Allow to boil for 5mins you can add utazi but I garnish mine with Utazi leaf cos I like them fresh.
  7. Serve with pounded yam
