  5. Get 1 tsp coriander powder

  7. Get 1/2 tsp sesame seed
  8. Get 1 tbsp chilli powder
  9. Get 1/2 tsp caram seed
  10. Make ready 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  11. Take 1/2 tsp chilli paste

  1. Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take wheat flour
  2. Also add Salt, Red chili powder, turmeric, sesame seeds, carom seeds.
  3. Add Garlic and chilli paste
  4. Add 1/4 Cup oil and mix it well.
  5. Add 1 cup Fenugreek leaves and 1/4 cup yoghurt and mix all together well.
  6. Add water little by little and make soft dough.
  7. Add 2 tsp of oil and knead the dough for 5 more minutes and rest for 10 min.
  8. Now pinch a medium sized ball dough, roll and flatten it.
  9. Also dust with some wheat flour when needed.
  10. Roll it in a thin circle like chapathi or paratha
  11. Now on a hot tawa place the rolled thepla and cook for a minute.
  12. When the base is partly cooked, flip the methi thepla - also brush oil / ghee and press slightly.
  13. Cook both side well.
  14. Finally, serve methi thepla with raita and pickle.
