  1. At first, put water in the gram flour and mix it well (make it liquidy but little thick) and keep it aside
  2. Boil the potatoes and then peel off the cover.
  3. Now, put oil in the pan and heat it, put sliced onion and chillies and fry for a while, slowly put the Ginger Garlic paste and fry
  4. Mash the potatoes from step 2 and put the mashed potatoes in the heated pan (step3) and cook for a while
  5. Now, put Garam masala powder on step 4 and cook it for few minutes. And after 4-5 mins, put the pan aside.
  6. Take corn flakes and grind it. Now make potato balls from step 5. I have made 10potato balls. After making balls, dip it in besan mixture(from step 1) and roll it over ground corn flakes.
  7. Heat another pan with oil and dip the balls from step6 and fry it. (Make sure the oil is heated well)
