Steps to make Carrot Sandwich:
  1. Heat the pan and put 1 tablespoon butter in it and melt it than add chopped capcicum and saute for 2 minutes
  2. Than add chopped carrot and mix well and cook for 2 minutes than add mashed potatoes and mix well
  3. Cook for 2 minutes than add chopped green chillies and salt and mix well
  4. Mix well and remove from the gas and let it cool.Now take bread and remove side portion of the bread with the help of the knife.Now heat the tawa
  5. Take a cutted bread and spread sauce over the bread than put potato carrot mixture on it and spread over it than spread chopped onion on it
  6. Than put chopped paneer on it and cover with another bread and press it
  7. But some butter on Tawa and let it melt than put sandwich on it and cook for 2 minutes
  8. Cook it with both sides till golden brown
  9. Now delicious sandwich is ready.Cut into pieces and serve hot with tomato sauce
