Steps to make Pav Bhaji Bread Pizza:
  1. Heat oil in Kadai add 2 chopped onion and cook for 1 minute then add a tsp of ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute add 2 finely chopped Capcicum add 2 tomatoes finely chopped add 2-3 boiled potatoes.Now add 1 tsp of Kashmiri Red chilli powder 1 tsp of coriander powder add salt per taste and mix well now add food colour. Add a little amount about 1 cup water. Now add Pau bhaji Masala cover it and cook for 5 minutes.After 5 minutes when vegetable gets soft..
  2. With a help of a masher mash it properly @ low flame and mash it well like we mash Paubhaji.When it get mash properly add chopped coriander leaves and keep mixing for 2 minutes. And don't add much water keep it thick.
  3. Now take a bread slice and over it apply the bhaji and over it add grated Mozzarella cheese now add chilli flex and oregano over the Cheese.
  4. Heat oil in Kadai.place the bread over it and cover it @ medium flame. When the cheese melts almost 2 minutes.
  5. After 2 minutes take out the bread pizza and Serve Hot.
