  1. Make dough for single big roti using atta ghee 2tsp,salt and water. Make roti as thin as possible.
  2. Add 2tspghee in tawa,put the roti and half cook both sides.Then take it from tawa.
  3. Make batter of eggs with finely chopped,pepper,salt,oregano, onion,tomato,capcicum.Beat the mixer well.If anyone don't like raw taste of tomato, capcicum and onion just sort them litely and use in mixture.Add salt as required.
  4. Add 2tsp ghee in tawa then pour the mixture and spread them evenly on it.Put the roti over the mixture.Flip the roti with egg mixture when the lower part is cooked.After the other side is cooked for 2 minutes take it off.
  5. Put it on flat surface and roll with help of tissue paper or cloth.Keep roll for 2_5 minutes and cut into pieces. Serve them in a plate and enjoy.
