  1. Take 10 Chicken Wings

  3. Take 1 each Bottle of Texas Pete Hot Sauce (I got the 32oz bottle to be able to pour.)
  4. Take 1 1/2 tsp Paprika
  5. Make ready 1 1/2 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
  6. Make ready 3 cup Flour
  7. Take 1 Big Ziploc Bag
  8. Prepare 1 Oven Pan
  9. Take 1 tbsp Margarine/Butter
  10. Get 1 small Pot for Buffalo Sauce
Instructions to make Hunter's Buffalo Wings:
  1. Turn pot of Canola Oil on, and preheat.
  2. In the Big Ziploc Bag, mix in the Cayenne Pepper, Paprika, and Flour. Then shake.
  3. Add 10 Pieces of Chicken to Ziploc. Shake until all pieces of chicken are covered.
  4. CAREFULLY put Chicken in oil. Let fry for 15 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 500°.
  6. When chicken is golden brown, take out.
  7. Turn small pot for Buffalo Sauce on, add 1TBL of Margarine/Butter.
  8. When Margarine/Butter is melted, add Texas Pete Hot Sauce until pot is halfway full.
  9. Mix Buffalo Sauce and let simmer for 5 minutes or until boiling.
  10. Put the chicken in the pot and mix until all chicken wings are covered with sauce.
  11. Take chicken out of pot and onto the oven pan, drizzle more Buffalo Sauce if desired.
  12. Put pan in oven for 5-7 minutes, still at 500°.
  13. Take chicken out, let it cool down and ENJOY! With whatever dipping sauce you prefer!
