- Take 240 ml water
- Take 1 medium egg (beaten)
- Take 1 tbsp milk powder

- Take 1/2 tsp salt
- Prepare 310 gm strong white bread flour
- Take 250 gm cocoa powder
- Prepare 1 tsp fast action yeast

Steps to make Chocolate Bread (Bread machine):
- Place water, beaten egg and oil in bread pan, sprinkle over milk powder.
- Place flour on top of liquid, sprinkle cocoa powder over top, make small dents in the corners.
- Place sugar, salt and yeast in separate corners.
- Set machine to sweet bread setting, add chocolate chips when machine bleeps.
- When cooked remove carefully from pan and place crust side up on wire rack, whilst hot brush lightly with honey to glaze.
- As you can see from picture, top of loaf broke away when removing from pan !
- You can substitute chopped nuts,dried fruit or chopped crystalized ginger for the chocolate chips.

The reason these grains are so wonderful for your mood is that they are not hard for your body to digest and process. You digest these grains quicker than other foods which can help promote your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel more pleasant, mood wise.
Your mood can actually be helped by green tea. You just knew it had to be mentioned in this article, right? Green tea is rich in an amino acid referred to as L-theanine. Studies show that this specific amino acid can actually induce brain waves. This helps improve your mental energy while at the same time calming your body. You were already aware that that green tea helps you become a lot healthier. Now you are aware that green tea helps you to raise your moods too!
