  1. Make ready 1 packages ramen (80 grams ),with seasoning(option)
  2. Make ready 1 stalk of lemongrass
  3. Prepare 1 slice galangal
  4. Take 3 kaffir lime leaves
  5. Make ready 1 tsp lime juice
  6. Prepare 3 hot chilli ,crushed
  7. Take 1 tbsp oil to fry
  8. Prepare 1 mixed seafood as needed
  9. Get 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  10. Make ready 1 clove garlic
  11. Make ready 1/2 onion, chopped
Instructions to make Tom Yum Ramen:
  1. 3 mins blanch noodles as package direction,cool in runny water..this can reduce saltyness ,set aside
  2. Prepare seasoning package in a cup,if need ,if not skip it
  3. Cut ,slice lemongrass,kaffir lime leaves,galangal ,garlic and onion,prepare seafood ,set aside
  4. Add oil in frying pan ,stir in onion and garlic until light brown
  5. Add lemongrass,galangal,kaffir lime leaves
  6. Add seafood,about 3 mins ,until everything cooked and good smell
  7. Add noodles ,in this stage add seasoning from the package (if use ) ,add soy sauce ,lime juice ,stir to mix ,heat off and serve hot ..garnish with some coriander and slices pepper :)
