The ingredients needed to make Tender Tenderloin:
  1. Get 1 kg pork tenderloin ,strips cut
  2. Prepare 100 grams pineapple,finely chop
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp sesame oil
  4. Get 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  5. Take 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  6. Take 1 tbsp honey
  7. Prepare 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
  8. Take 3 clove garlic,finely chopped
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp honey mustard ( optional )
  10. Make ready 1 tsp black pepper
  11. Make ready 10 each kaffir lime leave,chilli,shallot,option for deep fry
  12. Make ready 2 tbsp water
  13. Take 1/2 tbsp each white and black sesame seeds
Steps to make Tender Tenderloin:
  1. Combine all sauce ingredient except garlic and sesame seeds ,simmer until pineapple well mix in the sauce ,thick enough to coat all pork strips ,let in cool then add sesame seeds
  2. Cut pork to strips
  3. Marinade pork,add garlic,honey mustard(option) ,keep in refrigerator overnight,or at least 3 hours
  4. After marinade this can be deep fry with herbs ,or bake at 200c on foil based tray 10 mins and flip to other side another 10 mins ,or longerfor crispier effect
