- Boil the eggs and remove the outer layer and keep aside.
- Take a mortar-pestle,add black peppercorns,ginger,garlic and fennel seeds,crush it coarsely and keep aside.
- Now,heat a wok add coconut oil,add the coarsely ground paste and saute on low flame..(be careful that it shouldn't be burnt),add onions, curry leaves,saute till becomes translucent.
